JOB DESCRIPTION: Apple Inc. has multiple positions available for Software Development Engineer in Cupertino, California and various unanticipated locations throughout the USA. Develop automation test scripts for various scenarios to be tested for products/features. Design test strategy for the product/feature under test. Build client and server test automation. Design, document, and automate tests. Build infrastructure components and tools at scale. Design, document and develop restful services at scale. Review product sequence diagrams and understand the logical flow between various microservices and external components. Conduct meetings with all stakeholders across functional teams to review test strategy and identify any gaps. Perform code reviews for code developed by peers and provide feedback. Monitor metrics for current health of the product, identify issues and communicate with stakeholders. Conduct bug review board for issues and gaps in the product and arrive at a workaround or plan for a fix. Verify and validate bug fixes, regression and acceptance testing. Participate in cross functional meetings for infrastructure improvements , tool development and scaling. Collaborate with partners and several cross functional teams to drive projects forward. $161,000.00 - $242,000.00/yr.
