Motive Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Business Systems Analyst for its San Francisco, California office.

Job Duties: Improve efficiency, scalability and reliability of company’s Lead to Cash systems and business process related to Salesforce ecosystem, CQP, Billing, ERP applications and Order Management. Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Order Management and other stakeholders to understand business needs, prioritize them against overall business goals and develop technical solutions. Draft design documents, gather requirements, build test and deployment plans, manage communications and own initiatives from inception through rollout for Salesforce (CRM) platforms and other app exchange products on Salesforce ecosystem that translate into low friction and high impact business processes. Collaborate with Systems Administration, Development and Support teams to build, configure, test, and release systems changes. Maintain a holistic view of Lead-to-Cash processes and users to understand functional impacts with regard to configuration, process, workflow and reporting. Build and maintain a strategic roadmap in conjunction with business stakeholders to provide a 1-2 years future view of the systems build. Telecommuting permitted. 

Requirements: Bachelor’s or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field. One year of experience in: Salesforce CRM; Quote-to-Cash process flow; Business Data Analytics; Product roadmap development; SQL; and A/B Testing. 

Salary: $140,000 to $193,000 per year
