Motive Technologies, Inc. is seeking a GTM Growth Senior Analyst for its San Francisco, California office.

Job Duties: Support and analyze A/B tests utilizing SQL and Python and pilots to boost productivity of our GTM efforts; evolve Motive prioritization algorithms utilizing SQL and Python to improve account scoring and sales efficiency, including analyzing all account attributes and deal variables to find new ways to improve scoring, such as win rate by company size, revenue, CFS, fleet composition, industry, product, incumbent, geo, etc.; contribute to cross-functional statistical initiatives that span across Sales, Marketing, Data Science, and Business Operations departments to drive the strategy, execution, and scale of Motive revenue growth; help design, test, and support lead and account routing processes across all GTM teams. Telecommuting permitted. 

Requirements: Bachelor’s or foreign equivalent degree in Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field, plus two (2) years of experience sing SQL to conduct data analysis. Also requires one year of experience in: Using Tableau to build reports to visualize data; and Designing account scoring model to prioritize accounts to improve productivity.

Salary: $156,500 to $185,000 per year
