Motive Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Sales Compensation Manager for its San Francisco, California office.

Job Duties: Act as the solution/systems architect for Xactly leading solution design ; Support the day to day operation and use of Xactly, providing training, data management, ongoing support, solving problems and developing the system to support business strategies and processes; Develop technical IT solutions to requirements/issues; validate and communicate IT solutions to internal and external team members, test IT solutions and ensure it meets specifications; Effectively troubleshoot day to day production issues that may arise to support monthly and quarterly commission close cycles; Monitor data flows to and from Xactly platform to ensure all data integrity/accuracy. Telecommuting permitted. 

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. Five years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in: Xactly Incentive Configuration; SQL; Designing large scale applications; Data Integration; and IT systems deployment and documentation.

Salary:  $180,000
