Job Title: Product Manager

Wage Range: $150,000/year - $172,200/year

DUTIES: Works with product management counterparts and leaders to understand upcoming capabilities and help to scope out the customer experience. Write robust requirements, prioritize the backlog, and work closely with the engineering teams to deliver and test quality software. Develop and manage project plans and key stakeholder engagement strategy on all initiatives. Build relationships with key business partners and other brand stakeholders; articulates product needs clearly and succinctly to different audiences and cross functional partners. Develop in depth knowledge of industry trends and standards to introduce the continual process, tool and methodology improvements. Identify, measure, and interpret results to validate product strategy; Provide research, analysis, and support for identifying, evaluating, and resolving strategic opportunities. Manage a series of products in partnership with an internal Gaptech support and vendor support.  Leverage SAAS products (Zipline  & SHYFT) and several custom grown applications (My Store and Sign to Sell) which are used for store merchandizing and printing store signage respectively.

REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree or foreign degree equivalent in Computer Engineering, or related field and five (5) years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or related role.

Skills: Experience and/or education must include:

1. Drive strategy - identifying high-value opportunities and working directly with engineers and vendors to continuously improve; 
2. PDM Implementation at Apparel/Retailer;
3. Enterprise Software Implementation; and
4. Developing software: Java, SQL; and
   1. Software prototyping
