Job Title: Senior Software Engineer

Salary Range: $215,197/year - $225,197/year

Job Description: Define technical specifications and development requirements that result in
high performing technologies that are also domain specific. Develop and enhance product
and/or applications with limited direction to solve business problems of medium complexity by
keeping customer experience at the forefront. Adopt and model a DevOps mindset by applying
automation, continuous integration, and continuous delivery in everything we do. Foster
innovation by applying best practices and learning from emerging technologies and through
collaboration with cross functional stakeholders. Serve as application expert in support of
domain areas. Communicate difficult concepts, providing technical and professional
interpretations and recommendations. Advise and mentor junior team members and enable
collaboration to help teams achieve their best. Must appear in office 3 days per week. Work
from home permissible 2 days per week.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or foreign degree equivalent in Computer Science or related
field and five (5) years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or
related role.

Experience and/or education must include:

1. Computer programming languages like Java/J2EE, SpringBoot framework, Relation
Database management, Queueing Mechanisms like MQ or Kafka;
2. Experience in working on cloud platforms like Azure or OCI (Oracle Cloud);
3. Implementation experience of Continuous Integration and Deployment;
4. Experience on Jenkins for deployment, Git for source code maintenance and PCF
(Pivotal Cloud Foundry) for containerized application execution;
5. Experience in owning the Development and Operation support of the applications ;
6. Retail Inventory Management Domain; and
7. Test Driven development (TDD)/Business Driven Development (BDD).
