Job Title: Sr Analyst 

Salary Range: $181,272/year- $191,272/year

Job Description: Design and build reporting tools, information dashboards, data generators, and
other end user information portals or resources.  Advise business groups by providing technical
and strategic reports that identify and address business issues and opportunities. Integrate data
from multiple sources to produce requested or required data elements based on business
requests and needs. Collaborate with business partners to translate high impact business
opportunities into analytic frameworks, business requirements, and plans to support model
development. Manage projects with multiple stake holders and program execution within area
of specialty and ensures quality of work. Convert a large amount of data and findings into a
simple well-constructed story that can be easily ingested by key stake holders to make business
decisions. Telecommuting permissible from anywhere in the US.
 
Requirements: Master’s degree or foreign degree equivalent in Statistics, Mathematics,
Analytics, or related field and 3 years of experience in the job offered or related role. 
Experience and/or education must include:

1. Coding Languages (SQL, Python); 
2. Project management: ability to work with multiple long term and short term projects
while maintaining relationship with cross functional partners and keeping them
informed on project timelines as things update; 
3. Statistical modelling: segmentation/clustering methods; 
4. Data visualization, any of listed tools: Tableau, R Shiny, PowerBI 
5. A/B testing: Havie constructed test designs to evaluate various actions that the brands
would like to take to increase revenue/better customer experience.  
6. Clear communication: demonstrate the ability to story tell by taking complex
mathematical approaches in any given analysis and watering it down so that any non-
technical cross functional partners can easily understand our approach and the findings
that are shared. 
7. Business Reporting: be able to ‘create and automate’ business critical reports for
leadership that clearly help show changes in business in order to make better informed
decisions.
