TITLE: Senior Staff Engineer  

Job Description: Research, design, develop, debug, and implement software systems,
components, and applications to meet the project needs. Work with Architects and Product
Managers to design, develop scalable solutions, and work through cross-product dependencies.
Ability to work with cross-functional teams to drive solution delivery. Designing cloud-based,
service-oriented architectures, microservices and distributed systems. Proficient and hands-on
experience with Java, J2EE, Spring boot/Spring Integration framework. Develop Test automation
framework and design automated testcases for Test completeness test planning and execution.
Work on problems and resolve production issues to existing applications in a timely manner.
Mentoring team members, conducting code reviews and validations for quality
delivery. Telecommuting permissible from anywhere in the US.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or foreign degree equivalent in Computer Science,
Engineering, or related field and Six (6) years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in
the job offered or related role.

Experience and/or education must include:
1. Java, J2EE, Spring boot and spring integration framework.  
2. Microservices architecture and microservices: build microservices with Java & Spring
Boot framework. 
3. CI/CD and DevOps methodology as well as tools like splunk, Service Now, New Relic
and PagerDuty; 
4. Messaging integration: MQ, Kafka or Rabbit MQ; 
5. SQL and No SQL DB technologies like Oracle or Mongo DB; 
6. Public cloud services – like Azure, AWS, GCP or Oracle cloud; and  
7. Leveraging PaaS services and architecture: in Cloud (Pivotal cloud Foundry or Azure
Cloud). Applications and its infrastructure will be leveraged from the PaaS.
