Manager, Oracle Consulting-Human Capital (Multiple Positions), PricewaterhouseCoopers Advisory Services LLC, San Francisco, CA. Assist clients implement and effectively use Oracle offerings to solve their business problems in the areas of finance, operations, human capital, customer, and governance, risk and compliance. Help clients assess the benefits of upgrading or replacing their human resource systems. Assist organizations by using enterprise technology to achieve their digital technology goals and capitalize on business opportunities. Analyze complex business issues from strategy to execution. Demonstrate in-depth technical expertise. Identify and research opportunities on new/existing clients. Coach and supervise teams.

40 hrs./week, Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.Salary: $200,000 -$200,000 /yr.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Must have a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Engineering, Management Information Systems, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field, plus 5 years of progressive, post-bachelor’s related work experience.

In the alternative, the employer will accept a Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Engineering, Management Information Systems, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field, plus 3 years of related work experience.

Must have at least one year of experience with each of the following:

• Working with at least two of the following Oracle applications: E Business Suite, PeopleSoft, Fusion Human Capital Management, or Taleo technology solutions;
•  Assisting to design and implement Oracle applications-based solutions and modules;
•  Designing and deploying technical components for successful Oracle Solutions, such as RICE or DBA;
• Configuring Oracle HCM software to meet technical requirements to develop client solution; and
• Using complex SQL queries and macros to create first step in solution process.

80% telecommuting permitted. Must be able to commute to the designated local office.

Travel requirement: Domestic and/or international travel up to 80% required.
