Motive Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Senior Data Scientist for its San Francisco, California office.

Job Duties: Build the models that power the credit risk and fraud functions for the Motive Card, a high-priority business area for Motive; work closely with Risk, Product & Engineering teams to build, improve and implement underwriting and fraud models; derive insights from complex data sets to identify credit and fraud risk; apply statistical and machine learning techniques on large datasets; evaluate utility of non-traditional data sources; perform end-to-end deployment of data-driven models; utilize data-oriented programming and statistical programming. Telecommuting permitted.

Requirements: Master’s or foreign equivalent degree in Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field. Four (4) years of experience in: Machine Learning Modeling; Python; SQL; and Data Analysis. One (1)year of experience in Credit Risk Modeling

Salary: $190,000.00 to $234,025 per year

40 hours per week. EOE
