JOB TITLE: Software Development Engineer

JOB DESCRIPTION: APPLE INC has the following available for Software Development Engineer (REQ# 200599262) in Cupertino, California and various unanticipated locations throughout the USA. Localize, internationalize, and develop software applications and frameworks. Develop large-scale macOS applications and frameworks to facilitate localization of Apple’s software. Develop and maintain localization scripts and utilities to aid in investigating, debugging and resolving issues with application and framework code on iOS, macOS, tvOS and watchOS using Swift and Objective-C programming languages. Give and receive code reviews to teams across Apple as they bring up new features and platforms for international markets. Develop unit and integration tests to ensure robust solutions for localization tools and infrastructure. Participate in weekly meetings with teams across Apple reviewing software issues affecting international customers. Use non-English language knowledge to diagnose and resolve issues in Apple’s international products.

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $177,838 - $264,200/yr. and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
