JOB DESCRIPTION: APPLE INC has the following available for Software Development Engineer - Systems (REQ# 200612782) in Cupertino, California and various unanticipated locations throughout the USA. Lead development of critical product impacting compute features for future Apple products driving end to end development. Drive system wide performance investigations for Apple intelligence workloads autonomously. Develop the next generation of Apple Xcode’s Predictive code completion benchmarks for evaluating future products. Leverage software development, operating systems, GPU architecture and teaching assistant-ship skillsets to mentor & train new hires in the organization. Leverage computer architecture skillset to implement & verify floating point numerics for new product features. Leverage project presentation & demon skills acquired in college to evangelize pre-Silicon platforms to internal and external teams.

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $147,400 - $220,900/yr. and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
