JOB TITLE: Business Intelligence Analyst

JOB DESCRIPTION: APPLE INC has the following available for Business Intelligence Analyst  (REQ# 200618678) in Cupertino, California and various unanticipated locations throughout the USA. Conduct data management and analysis with multiple data sources to test and draw insights pertaining to Inclusion and Diversity (I&D) metrics in processes and programs at Apple. Research, design and develop scalable procedures to provide analytical insights on an ongoing basis, that influence Apple’s I&D strategy and initiatives. Perform statistical tests and predictive analysis to bring a forward-looking view in I&D metrics measurement. Create dashboards to communicate advanced analytical findings to a broad technical and non-technical audience. Collaborate with other teams to create insights and recommendations that will be consumed by the Board of Directors, Executive and Senior leaders on best practices for I&D programs at Apple.

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $175,300 - $263,100/yr. and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
