JOB DESCRIPTION: APPLE INC has the following available for Engineering Product Coordinator (REQ# 200668927) in Cupertino, California and various unanticipated locations throughout the USA. Own the commercial relationship with enclosure manufacturing partners and managing cost negotiations, continuity of supply, and risk management. Drive operational and cost efficiencies through process or design change, as well overall project execution. Use knowledge in supply chain development, sourcing management, mechanical engineering, and product development to manage the enclosure components (such as the housing, cover glass & buttons) that define the look, feel and expression of Apple’s globally recognized industrial and product design. Execute and scale both new and existing manufacturing processes, materials, technologies, finishes and form factors for iPhone. Leverage strategic internal relationships to effectively collaborate with engineering, operations and other Apple teams. Identify and scale new and existing manufacturing partners and execute strategic commercial deals to achieve goals around cost, supply, and quality, including scaling new vendors across multiple countries to ensure timely delivery of iPhone components for final assembly while maintaining competitive cost and high qualify. Work with cross-functional teams, including operations, supply quality, product design, and industrial design to operationalize, scale and manufacture new product designs and technologies in across multiple geographies. International travel required 25%.

The base pay range for this role is between $179,421 - $258,600/yr. and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
