Partner, Delivering Deal Value

Partner, Delivering Deal Value, PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, San Francisco, CA. Lead engagements within the Mergers & Acquisitions practice. Lead engagements to assist clients achieve maximum value on their deal transactions by solving transformational and complex challenges through operational aspects of a financial transaction, pre and post completion. Manage professionals conducting pre-deal and confirmatory due diligence, executing large-scale enterprise wide integrations, and supporting complex divestitures and separations on a wide range of functional areas. Oversee the recruitment and training of professionals joining the Delivering Deal Value team. Direct teams assisting clients gain insight into customer and product portfolios to maximize go-forward revenue and growth opportunities, as well as enabling clients to devise go-to-market strategy and sales force alignment through advanced analytics. Lead business development activities and build PwC’s pipeline in market with M&A teams. Manage external marketing at conferences and industry events.

 

40 hrs/week, Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. Salary: $530,000 - $530,000/yr

 

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

 

Must have a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field, plus 12 years of related work experience, (5 years of which must be post-bachelor, progressive, related work experience).

 

In the alternative, employer will accept a Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field, plus 10 years of related work experience.

 

Must have at least one year of experience with each of the following:

 

  • Managing Mergers, Acquisitions and Divestitures including pre-deal operations and information technology due diligence, integration planning, separation planning, synergy and cost savings analysis, and/or post-close transformation, with thorough knowledge of two or more of the following functional areas: Information Technology, Human Resources, Finance, Operations/Supply Chain, and/or Sales and Marketing;

 

  • Conducting pre-deal and confirmatory IT due diligence, executing large scale IT enterprise wide integrations, and supporting complex divestitures and separations of IT infrastructure and applications within multiple functional areas, such as Operations, Human Capital, Finance, and other back office functions;

 

  • Defining resource requirements, project workflow, budgets and status updates; and,

 

  • Conducting data analysis to support business processes, financial reporting, internal or external audit procedures.

 

80% telecommuting permitted. Must be able to commute to the designated local office.

 

Travel up to 80% is required.
