Partner Manager- Global Operations

Partner Manager- Global Operations, Electronic Arts, Inc., Redwood City, CA.

Serve as the daily operational leader on PC and Nintendo for the Global Operations team. Work with the broader Global Operations internal and external partners to ensure the team are well positioned to support the changing landscape of EA Commercial Operations and changing games and services for the assigned platforms. Collaborate with the Tech Partner and Channels Director to ensure that the team is structured for scale, efficiency, and development and planning go to market strategies that align with the partner platforms. Lead team in the wider Global Operations organization to adopt new processes, roll out new responsibilities, and create development opportunities and support new platform features. Partner with key teams (Planning & Readiness, Release management, Studio/QA, Digital Sales/Marketing and Asia Ops) and Platform Partners to ensure that the team is set up for product delivery supporting what First Party tools and features are supported or working with First Party to support what development teams and commercial leads wish to release, both for now and the future. Analyze and coordinate the relationship with Platform Partner, BizOps, Store Ops and Configuration teams for future franchise plans and strategies – influence partners to support EA programs and product-related needs. Serve as relationship owner for external partners (First Parties, Age Ratings Boards). Ensure agreement across the department for process, product, and people. Telecommuting permitted. 40 hrs/week, Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. Salary Range: $157,373 - $176,300 /yr. EA offers benefits incl. PTO, medical/dental/vision insurance & 401(k) to eligible E’ees. Certain roles eligible for bonus & equity.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

 

Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field and two (2) years of experience in project and relationship management.

 

In lieu of a Bachelor's degree, employer will accept two (2) years of additional work experience in project and relationship management.

 

Qualifying experience must include two (2) years of experience in each of the following skills (which may be gained concurrently):

 

-      Product production for video games, including content submissions, software configurations and gaming platform setups;

-      Presenting program management solutions to senior management, external partners and executive management both in written and verbal format;

-      Previous leadership experience across multiple globally-based teams including experience working with remote manager(s) and culturally diverse team(s);

-      Product platform requirements and processes associated with Console and/or Mobile gaming platforms; and

-      At least three (3) of the following PlayStation, Xbox, Steam, iOS and Android submission management tools: TPRnet/FQAweb; DevNet/GEMS; NPMT/CP; XDP/MPC; Origin/Steam/Epic Store.

 

Any suitable combination of education, training and experience is acceptable.

 

Up to 10% domestic and international travel required based on business need.
