JOB DESCRIPTION: Apple Inc. has multiple positions available for Preservation Development Specialist in Cupertino, California. Responsible for Asset Management, Project Management, New Store Development and Service Provider management for existing fleet of stores. Perform routinely scheduled, structured site visits to each of the assigned store locations to identify and document all store experience issues in close communication and partnership with store, market, and global retail support leadership. Design, develop, fund, purchase, schedule, and execute new store handover tasks, capital projects, and preventative maintenance programs for all key store assets to ensure an efficient use of operating and capital funding. Handle all routine and non-routine work per approved quality, milestone, financial, and environmental requirements and work in close communication and partnership with store, market, and global retail support leadership. Identify, on-board, and train service providers who can perform routine work, nonroutine work, and capital projects at assigned store locations. Improve existing service provider effectiveness by executing business review meetings to improve quality, improve service levels, decrease costs, and improve environmental performance. Travel required 40%.
