JOB DESCRIPTION: APPLE INC has the following available for Business Intelligence Analyst (REQ# 200604968) in Cupertino, California and various unanticipated locations throughout the USA. Plan and create long term supply and demand forecasts for AppleCare product components and whole units. Work closely with Global Commodity Management, Engineering, Planning and Procurement, and Worldwide Materials teams to provide comprehensive Lifetime Supply/Demand analysis to ensure availability of service materials. Manage the last-time buy planning function within the demand planning organization to ensure that the service parts are available in the right quantity for Apple customers. Responsible for continued development of processes including gathering consensus with cross-functional teams on the last time buy proposal and securing the approval from leadership and tools including Oracle, Snowflake database, Tableau, MS Excel, SAP, and Apple internal tools in support of creating more accurate forecasts, better tracking of material consumption and supply/demand oversight. Perform sensitivity analyses to assess material excess or shortage risks. Escalate global planning issues to senior management, identify root causes, and drive corrective actions. Reduce the last-time buy cost by identifying alternate parts and/or excess inventory in the supply chain.

The base pay range for this role is between $180,128 - $201,300/yr. and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
