JOB TITLE: Worldwide Supply Demand Planner

JOB DESCRIPTION: APPLE INC has the following available for Worldwide Supply Demand Planner (REQ# 200625602) in Cupertino, California and various unanticipated locations throughout the USA. Forecasting demand, inventory, and multi-channel sell through. Generating weekly and quarterly supply plans that meet Apple’s financial objectives and evaluating risks. Planning and implementing contingency plans to mitigate. Analyzing product sales on a daily basis. Identifying opportunities and drive partner groups to appropriate action. Coordinating closely with regional product planning teams to ensure supply plans meet sales requirements. Coordinating with Marketing and New Product Operations teams to set launch quantities of new product introductions and to ensure smooth product transitions. Partnering with the global procurement teams to allocate constrained components, ensuring raw material inventory targets are met, and minimizing material obsolescence during product transition. Presenting product updates and recommending actions to Operations executive management team on a weekly basis. Identifying improvement opportunities in the product planning process, marshal resources, and driving projects to completion.

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $146,300 - $244,100/yr. and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
