JOB TITLE: Product Operations Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION: APPLE INC has the following available for Product Operations Manager (REQ# 200641050) in Cupertino, California and various unanticipated locations throughout the USA. Lead cross functional projects to operationalize and launch new tools or systems product features. Drive operational efficiency for continuous improvements. Define system strategy and develop system requirements and prototypes for custom technology solutions. Partner with business and technology teams drive cross-functional alignment for large scale global launches. Assess existing information systems and identify gaps between business requirements and current system capabilities. Leverage data visualization tools like Tableau to analyze data, track key performance indicators and enable better decision making. Develop new operational processes using MS Visio or other process mapping tools, and create resources like training guides, playbooks, resolution path, FAQ documentation, etc., for global business teams. Drive resolution for product related challenges and maintain a product backlog for feature enhancements. Track project status and dependencies, identify resolution paths, resolve blockers and present executive updates to senior leadership. Participate in setting engagement objectives and scope, develop work plans, coordinate activities between workstreams and identify changes in scope.

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $167,934 - $221,200/yr. and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
