Senior Business System Analyst/Administrator.

Duties:

Responsible for data design, configuration, maintenance, optimization, reliable operation of procurement systems including supplier risk & procure-to-pay (P2P). Manage standard operating procedures related to data design, data dictionary and business user training materials as they relate to the Corporate Procurement function including ensuring updates are incorporated efficiently and communicated in an appropriate timely manner.   Collaborate closely with Procurement, Legal, Information Security, Enterprise Risk, Accounting, and business units and Supplier Relationship Managers.

Analyze user requirements, procedures, and problems to automate or improve existing systems and review computer system capabilities, workflow, and scheduling limitations.

Develop and maintain regular KPIs for procurement activities related to supplier performance, supplier risk, and spend management.

Leverage data to identify and drive process improvements across the organization.

Generate enterprise level reporting on P2P transactions, risk assessments, and supplier performance to support business units

Analyze and understand the full capabilities of supplier risk and P2P system and lead in implementation efforts for any system updates or future changes including test planning, business process impact and end user training.

Requirements:

Requires Masters Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, System Administration, or related field, plus 2 years of experience in the job offered or as an Associate – Tech Support, Jr. Customer Care Executive, or related position.

Incident and problem life cycle management

Studying System capabilities and writing specifications

Recommend controls by identifying problems.
