JOB DESCRIPTION: Apple Inc. has multiple positions available for Business System Analysts in Cupertino, CA and various unanticipated locations throughout the USA. Build complex system approval nodes for cost centers using  Intelligent Business Process Management (iBPM). Build specialized workflows for independent steps for Finance/Procurement/Line of Business. Complete routes with visibility into the status of any document submitted for approval. Review hundreds of approval templates with multiples steps. Understanding required conditions, levels and thresholds using  Intelligent Business Process Management (iBPM). Modify the Approvers/Workgroup and dollar amounts on an existing custom route (modify a route template). Design, build and maintain complex dashboards for Finance Analysts, Cost center Manager and Finance Controllers to review and manage their cost center dollar thresholds. Link cost center threshold systematically to ensure compliance with Apple Financial Policies.  Transform manual critical work into systematic solutions. Build automated solutions to systematically verify approver role for non-standard dollar amounts as per Apple Finance Policies. Provide day to day support and solutions to the Apple’s entire Finance team for successful cost centers set-up and approval routes to meet compliance and business requirements. Support the strategic changes in payment and approval routing platform, especially to support SAP’s industry requirement to move to SAP HANA. Effectively work and partner to work on Apple’s ticketing system.
