JOB DESCRIPTION: Apple Inc. has multiple positions available for Software Development Engineers in Cupertino, CA and various unanticipated locations throughout the USA. Design, architect and develop micro services based unified communication software for intelligent voice response system. Review software code to identify defects and performance issues. Perform security audits on software code to identify and assess vulnerabilities. Work with Apple’s conversational BOT to integrate voice response system. Manage speech library providers (Nuance and Genesys) to optimize speech to text engine as part of voice response application. Design and develop natural language processing engine using speech to text API’s for IVR (Interactive voice response). Drive cloud transformation strategy for voice services. Design and develop dialog flow integrated with internally developed Natural language processing intent engine. Develop framework for voice services deployable on iOS and MAC OS. Optimize web services and micro services platform. Manage continuous integration deployment pipeline. Drive operational excellence for voice services platform by developing metrics store and operational dashboards. Translate business requirement into technical solutions for voice services (messaging, outbound and emergency services). Brainstorm and communicate technology ideas and issues with peers and IT management. Review technical development team deliverables for accuracy and completeness. Manage overall technical quality of deliverables.
