JOB DESCRIPTION: Apple Inc. has multiple positions available for Engineering Project Managers in Cupertino, California and various unanticipated locations throughout the USA. Drive the vision, strategy, leadership and overall success for Desktop products. Build Desktop applications used by all the Apple's contact center agents, ensuring they have a rich feature set and enable a seamless and fulfilling experience for customers contacting Apple. Work with business and internal stakeholders to define and plan the roadmap and vision for the team. Manage project Delivery and risks along with a focus to expand the desktop apps portfolio to new areas in Apple. Coach and Mentor team members to enable them to work at their full potential and allow them to achieve their career goals. Provide technical presentation and trainings to various internal and external teams. Guide the platform team to research and come up with the next generation of products to enhance the customer experience. Work with the Product team to define a common framework that can encapsulate all the media capabilities of a desktop and provide a uniform feature set to any of the contact centers in Apple. Build and manage a high performing team of architects, development leads, product managers and contractors to schedule, plan , execute and deliver diverse projects in the contact center desktop space and entertainment space.
