Manager, Application and Emerging Technology (Multiple Positions), PricewaterhouseCoopers Advisory Services LLC, San Jose, CA. Help clients design approaches to identify and prioritize emerging technologies that can help solve their business problems. Support clients with a design to integrate new technologies, skills, and processes so they can get the most out of their technology, investment, and drive business results and innovation. Help clients solve their complex business issues from strategy to execution. Advise clients to identify and prioritize emerging technologies. Assist clients with application optimization, strategic integration of custom packaged solutions like Enterprise Resource Planning and Customer Relationship Management, and roadmap development.
40 hrs/week, Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Must have a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Software Engineering, Business Administration, Information Systems, Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, plus 5 years of post-bachelor’s progressive related work experience.
In the alternative, the employer will accept a Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Software Engineering, Business Administration, Information Systems, Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, plus 3 years of related work experience.
Must have at least one year of experience with each of the following:
-Leveraging knowledge of Agile Development Life Cycle, Git tool, Spike Story, Sonar Android Lint,Delivery Management Process, Dynatrace Monitoring tool, Android Studio, Core Java, andStampede Code Validator in the provision of IT and advisory services;
-Overseeing the elimination of design and code smells to suppress software entropy; and,
-Providing architectural design for new features being developed by the different android teams.
80% telecommuting permitted. Must be able to commute to the designated local office.
Travel up to 80% is required.
