Sony Interactive Entertainment LLC seeks a Senior Manager, Application Development in San Mateo, CA to drive the execution and delivery of features through collaboration with multi-functional teams including Architects, Product Owners, and Engineers. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field or equivalent, and five (5) years of progressively responsible experience using Agile development practices, including test driven development, continuous integration, continuous deployment, and continuous improvement. Prior experience must include five (5) years of progressively responsible experience contributing to coding and feature verifications to assist teams with release commitments; automating functional and regression testing of features; establishing Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment standards using Github and Jenkins; tracking and reporting velocity, sprint burn downs, backlog burndowns, and retrospective results using JIRA and Confluence; defining engineering standards and KPIs and establishing process and governance to track adherence; establishing Service Level Agreements and Non-Functional Requirements of different Webservices; managing performance of architects and development leads, including daily assignments; and utilizing JAX‐RS REST web services, SOAP webservices, Scality, JSON, HTML5, SQL, Java, Agile Scrum, SAFE Agile, Event Driven Programming, Microservices, Data Analytics using Tableau, Micro Front Ends, JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio, Archer, Github, Jenkins, Splunk, Groovy and MS Project.
