Job Description: Query and manipulate customer data from multiple large-scale data sources using data science tools, and summarize the findings of your analysis, providing actionable recommendations. Support business decisions via data driven insights and recommendations. Independently build relations with stakeholders translate their needs into analytic action plans. Partner with Marketing/Finance/Strategy teams at Old Navy and the central Data Science team to set up and measure marketing tests. Identify new opportunities for testing and/or improve the customer experience. Develop and oversee product and customer behavior KPI monitoring systems by developing and evolving performance measurement dashboards and reporting. Collaborate with cross-brand and cross-functional Decision Support team members to learn best practices to adopt in your role and identify opportunities to contribute to the larger team. Continually learn about Gap Inc.’s data, systems, and capabilities to continually improve your impact, influence and data storytelling skills.
Requirements: Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Statistics, Data Science, Economics, Business Administration or related field and 3 years of experience in the job offered or related role. Alternatively, the employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Statistics, Data Science, Economics, Business Administration or related field and 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or related occupation. Any suitable combination of education, training, or experience is acceptable.
