Senior Manager, Enterprise Operations

Motive Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager, Enterprise Operations for its San Francisco, California office.
Job Duties: Develop roadmap of strategic projects and company-wide initiatives; manage and lead the functional team for Salesforce CPQ support in the organization; oversee Company’s Data Quality operations which have a direct impact on company revenue and growth; implement/evaluate strong system compliance checks as a part of IPO readiness strategy; guide key stakeholders through project prioritization framework, ensuring alignment on scope, timing, project plan, and final deliverables; drive complex projects from initiation to completion, ensure that key success metrics are identified and tracked through the lifecycle of each project by team members; implement appropriate quality & risk mitigation best practices for all projects to ensure that key project partners and internal stakeholders are aligned to the project plan, scope, and success metrics; deliver business strategy, develop systems and procedures to improve operational quality and team efficiency; discover training needs and provide coaching to his direct reports; lead consistent communication for projects and as a senior representative of Enterprise Ops with key internal/external stakeholders and senior management. Telecommuting permitted.
Requirements: Bachelor’s or foreign equivalent degree in Business Administration, Information Systems Management, or a related field, plus three (3) years of experience in: Salesforce; Operations Management; Jira Atlassian; and Zuora. Education or experience in: Salesloft; and CPQ
Salary: $193,000 to $252,000 per year
