Senior Game Product Manager (Multiple Positions), Electronic Arts Inc., Redwood City, CA. Plan, initiate, and manage project stages and assess business implications for each stage. Analyze game performance to understand business challenges, risks, and opportunities. Work with finance team to forecast game revenue. Create business review decks. Use SQL to pull data and analyze results of new features the team releases, as well as new game versions and optimizations. Work closely with the Product Team to create the game development roadmap. Use data to forecast potential impact of new features and prioritize features accordingly for the development team. Design and implement A/B tests and multivariate tests to improve key game metrics. Determine percent distribution for each test group, as well as timing and thresholds for statistical significance. Analyze test results and write-up reports to share with the rest of the team. Determine the key goal and expected KPI lift for the feature. Write a detailed spec outlining the user stories and stakeholder requirements for the feature. Work closely with the UX, art, engineering, and QA team to execute on the feature spec and successfully release the feature. Use SQL databases to pull informative data that helps the engineering team figure out how to fix the issue. Use data to estimate the revenue impact of any live issues that occur. 40 hrs/week, Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. $159,432 - $170,600/yr.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Master’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or in a related field and three (3) years of experience in the job offered or in a product management related occupation.
