Location: San Francisco Bay Area Hours: 30 hours/month Compensation: Fixed hourly rate + performance-based variable pay (growth and new client acquisition incentives).
Your Role:
·Build and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
·Identify and pursue opportunities for growth within current accounts.
·Generate leads and secure new clients to expand our portfolio.
·Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional value to clients.
·Track and report on key performance metrics, ensuring alignment with growth targets.
About You:

·Proven track record in account management and business development.
·Technical background or 5+ years of experience selling technology solutions (software & services).
·Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
·Results-driven with a strong focus on meeting and exceeding growth targets.
·Spanish language skills are highly desirable.
·Familiarity with the technology industry is a plus.
·Located in the San Francisco Bay Area with the ability to work flexibly.
