JOB DESCRIPTION: Apple Inc. has multiple positions available for Software Engineer Applications in Cupertino, California. Develop Service Oriented Architectures and restful services using experience with object oriented and functional programming for Apple Retail Services. Work with Product Owners and Apple Store operations to analyze new requirements for Apple Retail Stores. Write software catered to the Apple Retail customer experience. Utilize Java and other JVM languages to deliver software at high quality. Interface with client engineering teams to build the software that is customized to Apple Stores experience. Investigate and implement new database solutions to account for processing personally identifiable information (PII) data of Apple customers. Implement Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery of microservices delivery to Production. Build software that ensures high quality with paradigms such as Test Driven Development. Implement a workflow engine for Retail Part processing and data aggregation. Develop highly scalable, low latency and resilient apps that provide 99.99% uptime to Retail Store customers. Design walkthroughs with technical and business teams to validate solutions against requirements and system architecture.
