Keep Truckin, Inc. is seeking a Staff Software Engineer for its San Francisco, California office.

Job Duties: Design scalable, secure, maintainable software systems that power the platform that connects the 

world's trucks. Define software architecture for backend components and services. Define the architectural 

roadmap that meets current and future product needs by working with cross-functional teams spanning 

hardware, firmware, product and software engineering. Build reusable components and services that will be 

used across software product initiatives. Improve the performance and reliability of services including databases, 

web services, and other integrations. Provide technical leadership, elevate engineering practices and branding, 

and mentor junior team members.   
Minimum Requirements: Master's or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a 

related field. Plus three years of experience in: Scalable Web Services; Building Distributed application for 

processing large volume of data; Analytics using Hadoop; Integration with external services such as Linkedin 

API; and Java programming. 
In the alternative, Bachelor's or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a 

related field. Plus five years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in: Scalable Web Services; Building 

Distributed application for processing large volume of data; Analytics using Hadoop; Integration with external 

services such as Linkedin API; and Java programming.

Any suitable combination of training, experience, or education is acceptable.
