JOB DESCRIPTION: Apple Inc. has multiple positions available for Software Development Engineer (Applications) in Cupertino, California. Design and implement new application services and frameworks that can serve as common platform for tenant systems. Perform peer code reviews and provide feedback to ensure adherence to development standards. Assign and track work for multiple onshore and offshore vendor resources. Provide technical guidance to application teams and help them with any challenges with on boarding to various home-grown development frameworks. Work with application teams to identify opportunities to build common reusable frameworks. Build and execute unit tests. Run static code analysis to ensure code quality. Execute performance, Load/Stress tests and validate non-functional aspects of any new software.
