JOB DESCRIPTION: Apple Inc. has multiple positions available for Software Development Engineer - Systems in Cupertino, California. Handle the availability and performance of the iCloud Mail, Calendar, and Contacts service. Develop and use tools to monitor systems, services, and user experience. Conduct incident management and remediation. Architect, deploy, and manage highly available applications on bare metal and cloud platforms. Conduct capacity planning. Modernize the infrastructure. Measure user satisfaction and manage resolution of support tickets - interfacing with Support Org. Apply Software Development methodology to maintaining and scaling infrastructure. Develop tools and automation via code in support of all the above.
