TITLE: Principal Software Engineer- Integrations & Automation

Salary Range: $181,272/year - $186,272/year

Job Description: Design and develop complex software systems to automate manual business processes, integrate different customer and ecosystem partner’s IT systems and applications with internal IT System, and improve overall efficiency of business processes. Lead and mentor a team of EDI & API integrations and automation (Robotic Process Automation- RPA) software engineers, providing technical guidance and overseeing their work to ensure quality and timely delivery of software solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as account managers, implementation managers, product managers and quality assurance engineers to understand business requirements and design integrations and automation that meet those requirements. Evaluate and implement new technologies, tools, and frameworks for building and deploying software solutions, with a focus on Robotic Process Automation and Integrations (EDI & REST API). Define and enforce coding standards, best practices, and processes to ensure high-quality, maintainable, and scalable software systems. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations related to software development and integration. Provide post-production support for customers & internal stakeholders. Must appear in office 2 days per week. Work from home permissible 3 days per week.

Requirements: Master’s degree or foreign degree equivalent in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or a related field and three (3) years of experience in the job offered or related

occupation.

Experience and/or education must include:

1. Deploy, maintain, monitor integration services in any of the following: (EDI, RPA or API integrations);
2. Identifying, investigating, and resolving production errors;
3. Software development and testing EDI to XML or JSON translation mapping for customer implementation;
4. Developing applications on public cloud infrastructure using AWS or equivalent public cloud experience e.g. GCP (Google Cloud Platform) or Microsoft Azure;
5. Developing, maintaining, and releasing Software Applications; and
6. Scripting in languages in any of the following languages: Python, VBA, or JavaScript.
